We are looking to recruit experienced Customer Care Representative with great communication skills, who has a positive mindset and is passionate about the ECCO brand. You will represent ECCO to the outside world and must build the company’s image together with your team, by providing unique customer experiences.


What will you be doing every day?

  • Assisting customers with their inquiries regarding ECCO products, orders, payments, returns, claims and shipments.
  • Providing service to company’s customers according to predefined standards and procedures.
  • Educating and updating yourself with deep knowledge about the company and products.
  • Taking part in training in customer service processes and best practices.
