We are looking for a customer‑focused and proactive Customer Care Representative!
In this role, you will manage customer orders and quotations with accuracy and efficiency, build strong customer relationships through responsive communication, and identify opportunities to grow parts sales. Working closely with sales teams and distributors, you will help enhance the customer experience, resolve queries professionally, and contribute to continuous improvement by ensuring customer needs are met with excellence at every touchpoint.
