About The Role

The Customer Care and Logistics Center is responsible for customer relationships, giving great service with a friendly attitude to ensure customers receive a high‑level delivery and product from Amrize. This is a customer‑facing role that requires a service‑oriented mindset and a highly professional approach. The position requires scheduling and dispatching orders, providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction, minimize delivery costs, and promote company sales.
