Customer Support

  • Handle inbound international customer calls professionally
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer queries
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Process & Compliance

  • Adhere to defined BPO processes and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions

Shift & Work Schedule

  • 5 days working in rotational shifts
  • 2 rotational weekly offs
