  • Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
  • Process transactions and reply to inquiries about products and services.
  • Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaint or comments as well as actions taken.
  • Assist Section Head / Sales team follow up on business prospect.
  • Timeliness and accuracy on handling business inquiries as per Quality System KPI.
  • Build and foster collaboration with internal teams involved in service delivery.
  • Build and proactively manage trust relationships with Key Accounts.
  • Go beyond clients' core business to identify new opportunities.
  • Be abreast of SGS new products and services and propose them to customers as appropriate.
  • Assist on Debtors collection to meet DSO target.
