We’re Hiring: Customer Growth Executive (Telecalling | D2C Brand)
SUPR is growing fast, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
This is not a boring call-centre role.
You’ll speak to real customers, help them make better health decisions, and directly impact revenue.
What you’ll do:
Call customers who’ve already shown interest (abandoned checkouts, past buyers)
Re-engage existing customers and drive repeat purchases
Understand customer pain points and communicate clearly
Work closely with founders on improving conversion & retention
Who this role is for:
You’re confident speaking on calls (Hindi/English)
You communicate clearly and listen well
You’re comfortable with targets and accountability
