Customer Care Executive

Vacancy: 1 post ( Female candidate only )
Age: 21 yrs - 28 yrs
Qualification: Graduate, degree/ diploma in Hospital Management preferred
Experience: minimum 1 to 2 years experience in customer handling, preferably in the Health Care Sector
Communication Skills: English, Hindi, Marathi
Other Attributes: Patient, presentable, good communication skills, competent enough in handling customer queries
Remuneration: - 18K-20K (Negotiable)

Job Profile for Customer Care Executive
1.Receiving calls and answer customer’s (patient’s family members) basic inquiries
2. Handling reception, attend patients, helping the customer’s, filing, follow up with patients.
3. Utilizing a computerized system of tracking, information gathering, providing information, referrals, and routine transactions and/ or troubleshooting.
