Customer Support

  • Handle inbound international customer calls efficiently
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer queries

Process & Compliance

  • Follow standard BPO processes and guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Shift & Work Schedule

  • 5 days working in rotational shifts
  • 2 rotational weekly offs
