Position: Customer Care Executive

Job Location: Nadiad/Anand, Dahod/Godhra, Jamnagar, Bhuj/Gandhidham, Mehsana

Job Description

  • Install e-learning software at customer locations.
  • Troubleshoot software issues and address technical queries related to software and hardware.
  • Coordinate with the development team to resolve major or recurring customer issues.
  • Ensure timely and proper service delivery to customers.

Compensation: 1,50,000 to 2,40,000 per annum, based on the candidate's skills and experience.

Desired Profile

  • Fluency in Gujarati is mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware/software networking.
  • Familiarity with operating systems like Windows and Linux is preferred.
  • Hardworking and goal-oriented individual with a proactive mindset.
