Customer Care Coordinator

The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for coordinating administrative tasks related to service operations, managing work orders, tracking tickets, and communicating with customers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of service requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a central information point within the service teams.
  • Create, monitor, and report on customer service work orders for interior, exterior, and seasonal deficiencies.
  • Prioritize the Customer Care team workload, providing daily follow‑up with trades, suppliers, technicians, and customers to ensure all interior service work is completed within prescribed timelines.
  • Recommend administrative actions to solve problems.
