Job Responsibilities


Customer Management (Order Fulfilment)

  • Manage customer order processing from order receipt until order delivered/invoicing as per customer requirement and in accordance with company policy.

    • Logistics & Shipping

  • Coordinate with order management team on shipment activation.

    • Warehousing & inventories management

  • Manage 3PL warehouse to ensure stock accuracy and service level are maintain.

    • Vendor Management/Purchasing

  • Responsible for direct and indirect vendor/purchase.

    • Reporting and monitoring

  • Drive the purchasing activities and improvements
