Join a national company with the head office based in Brisbane, and we’re looking for a caring yet professional Customer Care Coordinator to join their close-knit team. This is office based and not a contact centre role.

About the Role

  • Full-time position (Monday–Friday)
  • Based in the Brisbane, CBD head office
  • Work from home every Friday!
  • Handling approximately 50 inbound and outbound calls per day
  • Providing high-quality customer support and follow-up
  • Updating systems accurately and efficiently
