, you'll manage inbound service calls from Dutch customers, assisting them with everyday banking needs and ensuring a seamless, high-quality service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via phone and email.
  • Assist clients with phone banking IDs, T-PINs, and Postbank app setup.
  • Process customer requests accurately and resolve issues on the first contact.
  • Provide professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service at all times.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and banking procedures.

Language Requirements

  • Dutch: C2 (native or equivalent level)
