Key Responsibilities

- Escalate issues when needed
- Maintain accurate records in the system
- Follow internal guidelines and service standards
Language Requirements
- Dutch: C2 or German C2
- English: B2 (for internal communication and training)
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role is an advantage, ideally within banking, finance, or telecommunications.
