Customer Service Representative
, you'll manage inbound service calls from Dutch or German customers, assisting them with everyday banking needs and ensuring a seamless, high-quality service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in German or Dutch
  • Provide clear information and basic troubleshooting
  • Escalate issues when needed
  • Maintain accurate records in the system
  • Follow internal guidelines and service standards

Language Requirements

  • Dutch: C2 or German C2
  • English: B2 (for internal communication and training)

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role is an advantage, ideally within banking, finance, or telecommunications.
