Responsibilities

• Manage key relationships with Walmart commercial, innovation and supply chain teams to deliver long-term sustainable development and growth for Walmart and Hilton in the category areas in scope now and in the future.
• Manage the interface with the Walmart Merchant and Product Developments teams to create and maintain an enduring relationship to ensure the positive development of all the categories in scope.
• Develop and implement tactical plans in collaboration with Walmart to deliver volume growth and optimal market share performance.
• Work in conjunction with the NPD team to ensure targeted new product innovation and existing product development to align with consumer trends and customer needs.
