Customer and Sales Negotiator

Role Overview

HL‑Family Oy is looking for full‑time sales and customer negotiators. Our extensive partner network allows us to source and market well‑known products for our employees to sell.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and sell products to customers, using lists provided by partners such as Otavamedia Oy, Sanoma Magazines, Bonnier Publications, and Terramedia.
• Advise on product selection and influence which products to offer.
• Participate in shift planning, with flexible morning or evening shifts of 7 hours each.
• After initial training, work remotely with company‑issued equipment.
• Maintain personal support and well‑being throughout career and assist during life‑balance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience is not mandatory; we provide training to all selected candidates.
