Job Description

Our client is a growing company based, near Oxford looking for a Customer and Business Support Manager. This is an office-based role that combines customer service, sales support, marketing coordination, and office administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership.

Working hours of 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday and offers a salary of £38,000 to £45,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for customers by phone and email.

* Prepare quotations, renewals, and service agreements.

* Support sales activities and identify new opportunities.
