Were looking for a Customer Advisor – Business Travel Platform to join an innovative travel tech company in Porto. Youll be supporting corporate clients with their business travel needs in a fast-paced and international environment.
Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)
Start date: 12th March 2026
Contract: 6 months
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00 (Weekends off)
What will you do?
Handle inbound customer inquiries (phone, email & chat)
Assist with booking, modifying & canceling travel arrangements
Provide accurate travel information & policy guidance
Resolve customer issues efficiently
Update CRM systems & collaborate with internal teams
