Customer Advisor - Argos

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter.
• Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds.
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products, and support in the stock room when the store is quiet.
• Build great knowledge about products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.
