What you’ll be doing
- Welcoming customers and providing customer WOW whilst preparing them for activity; fitting, removing and inspecting harnesses and protective equipment.
- Instructing and briefing customers on safety procedures and the safe way of experiencing activities – evaluating participant competence and safety at all times.
- Delivering the adventure, ensuring an amazing customer experience.
- Hosting schools and education groups, helping children to take on new adventures and overcome their fears.
- Monitoring and patrolling the course; ensuring all participants are safely conducting themselves and assisting where necessary.
