Job Description
- Lead Conversion:
- Contact and qualify CRM leads via calls, emails, and meetings to introduce Nawy Unlocked’s services.
- Schedule and conduct follow-ups to nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Proposal Development:
- Assist in preparing and issuing financial proposals tailored to client needs (e.g., property valuation, investment plans).
- Project Support:
- Work closely with Customer Acquisition Managers to execute ongoing projects, including client onboarding and portfolio management.
- Conduct site visits to assess properties and build client trust, when needed.
- Documentation:
- Prepare and review contracts, power of attorney (POA) documents, and transaction records.
