Job Description

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Minimum 5 years' external technical sales experience .
  • Electrical Engineering qualification or recognized Electrical/Instrumentation Trade Qualification
  • Proven experience selling into the industrial, manufacturing, automation, engineering, mining, or electrical sectors
  • Strong knowledge of industrial cables, connectors, industrial connectivity products, automation systems, or related electrical components
  • Working knowledge of PLCs, Variable Speed Drives (VSDs), Fieldbus I/O systems, sensors, and instrumentation
  • Experience in solution selling and managing technical customer accounts
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned sales territory
