Job Summary
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Sales & Service , the Customer Account Manager 3 (CAM3) is responsible for selling the AgriBusiness product and service offerings to larger and complex customers within a geographical area with the goal of growing product margin. The CAM3 is a seasoned sales representative that applies their broad knowledge of the industry and product lines to assist their customers in meeting business objectives. The CAM3 expertly manages the large customer list working to anticipate needs, provide solutions, and expertly capitalizes on cross‑selling and upselling opportunities. The CAM3 will act as mentor to junior/intermediate CAMs and be recognized as knowledgeable in UFA and the agricultural industry.
