Key Responsibilities
Incident & Problem Management: Take ownership of critical production issues, performing deep-dive troubleshooting and root-cause analysis in live environments.
Production Monitoring: Utilize tools like Splunk and Dynatrace to proactively monitor system health, create alerts, and minimize downtime.
Technical Support: Maintain and debug applications written in C/C++ and manage database integrity using SQL/Embedded SQL.
Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain shell scripts (Bash, Python, KSH) to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
CI/CD Integration: Work within modern DevOps workflows using tools like Jenkins, Git, and GitHub to ensure stable deployments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a technical liaison between Business Analysts, QA, and Infrastructure teams to drive end-to-end system quality.
