The job summary is as follows:
1. A web-based internal tool where:
o We define studios, class templates, and recurring class slots.
o We assign instructors to those slots weekly.
o Instructors can mark holidays / unavailability and optionally volunteer for open slots or
covers.
o Instructors receive a notification when there is a substitution opportunity (when an
instructor is going on holiday or sick…)
o The system understands which instructors can teach which class types.
2. A sync mechanism to update Wix so that, for each specific class session:
o The correct instructor's name appears.
o The correct class name / type appears (even if it's different from the recurring template
because of substitutions).
3. Special logic for class type compatibility, for example:
o A recurring 8:00 Booty & Abs class normally has Instructor A.
o If Instructor Carole substitutes but she cannot teach Booty & Abs, the system should
change that specific s...
