Custom Fabrication Specialist – (TIG Weld, 4-Day Week & Profit Sharing)


Up to $28.00/hr • Greater West Bend Area • 3-Day Weekends Every Week Join a stable, debt-free custom fabrication leader serving the medical and packaging sectors for over 30 years Work in a politics-free, family-oriented shop where the average employee tenure exceeds 7 years

  • EXPERIENCE 5+ Years Professional TIG & MIG Welding

  • SKILLS Mastery of Complex Blueprints and Weld Symbols

  • SCHEDULE 2nd Shift | Mon–Thu (3:30 PM – 2:00 AM) | 4-Day Work Week

  • COMP Up to $28.00 per hour + Performance-Based Raises & Profit Sharing

  • LOCATION Greater West Bend, WI area (100% Onsite)

  • AUTH US Citizen or Green Card Holder required
