Job description:

• Receives and checks the completeness and condition of all (Spare Parts and Others) delivered in the site.
• Inspect the received items for possible defects and damages, and store them in a secure and organized manner.
• Maintains and safe keeps stocks in their proper Bin Location.
• Handles the issuance of spare parts and other related products upon request of the technician with requisition form.
• Maintains an updated spare parts price list.
• Coordinates purchase request & order of sites for the repair of their units
• Submit Daily monitoring report to Service Head Manager as required.
• Responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of parts and supplies. This included tracking incoming and outgoing parts, conducting regular inventory counts, and ensuring that the inventory levels were sufficient to meet the needs of the sites.
• Orders parts and supplies when inventory levels get low.
