Curriculum Content Development

• Design and write VOICE German™ curriculum documents across all four levels (A1–B2):

session plans, learner workbooks, facilitator guides, and assessment rubrics — aligned to

CEFR and Goethe/TELC standards

• Develop nursing-specific language content: clinical vocabulary, patient interaction scripts, and

scenario-based role-play content embedded at every level

• Produce trainer certification materials — the documents that enable certified trainers to deliver

the programme consistently across all cities

• Maintain version control and document compliance standards; all materials vest

Training Delivery — Mumbai Batches

• Deliver VOICE German™ training to batches of nursing candidates in Mumbai — covering the

full A1 through B2 pathway
