About the role: Curriculum Lead

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and ambitious Curriculum Lead for Foundation Learning within our Lifeskills Faculty at Reading College. The successful candidate will support the Curriculum Manager in raising the quality and effectiveness of teaching, learning and support across the Foundation curriculum, ensuring that all students achieve their full potential in terms of personal development, progression, outcomes and employability.

Reporting to the Curriculum Manager, the successful candidates will inspire, innovate and support Faculty teams to deliver an exciting curriculum, to ensure learners have an outstanding experience and develop the skills, knowledge and attributes needed for their career progression.
