Roles & Responsibilities

Academic Focus & Planning:

• Assume responsibility for the entire Academic operation of the school in accordance with CBSE compliance, polices and regulations.
• Participate in the development of curriculum strategies/lesson plan to support the achievement of the school's overall academic objectives.
• Assist in planning for entire year’s academic work in advance;
  preparation of annual timetable for the classes, department wise and section wise;
  ensure classroom and subject teacher allotment as per that.
• Review the syllabus completion and assessment of the progress of the students.
• Ensure usage of innovation teaching / learning methodologies;
  monitor syllabus completion;
  ensure co-operation andcoordination amongst teachers of the same subject areas...
