Current Control Sustaining Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Work with cross functional teams to develop and coordinate corrective actions on controls to address needed changes to current product controls.
• Own current product design changes. Identify the root cause of the problem, develop the solution, track the release of design/manufacturing documentation, and coordinate builds to implement the solution into production.
• Implement structured root cause analysis tools and documentation processes.
• Develop and maintain issue tracking and status reporting tools for Sustaining Engineering Activities.
• Develop and implement plans to update regulatory agency certification to accommodate required design changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related degree.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
