The Culinary & Menu Operations Assistant supports the Culinary and Menu teams by owning in‑week menu asks, operational coordination, and cross‑functional communication. This role is designed to reduce ad‑hoc operational workload on Recipe Developers, enabling them to focus on recipe output, quality, and strategic initiatives while supporting Menu Planning and Product teams during a period of increased scale. This is a mid‑level, execution‑focused contract role ideal for an early‑career candidate interested in food, operations, and large‑scale menu development.

Menu & In-Week Operations

• Triage and manage in‑week menu requests for HelloFresh and Chef's Plate
• Act as the first point of contact for operational menu questions
• Track, document, and close menu‑related asks using established tools and trackers
• Ensure requests meet defined guardrails before escalation
