Job summary

The CTC Collections Associate Specialist Junior supports the end-to-end accounts receivable processes to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant financial transactions and cash flow management. Under close supervision, this job maintains financial records, analyzes collections data, and verifies payments are being process. This job also works closely with internal cross-functional teams to improve collections operations and delivers excellent customer service externally.
