Job Description

Job Summary:

Operates computed tomography (CT) equipment, producing cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs and tissue that are used to diagnose medical conditions. Performs a variety of imaging procedures not limited to CT, including general radiography and fluoroscopy. This position is represented by UFCW. 


Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

  • Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology: Preferred

    • Licenses/Certifications:

  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: . (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR . (R)(ARRT): Required
  • Radiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice: Required in CA
  • Advanced Certification in the modality of CT: Required in OR and HI, Preferred in CA
  • Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required
  • Fluoroscopy license in state of employment: Preferred in CA and OR
