CT Technologist

Typical hours vary with position (i.e. 12 hour shifts rotating days or 8 hours days Monday through Friday). All positions require call 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. with 24-hour call on weekends and holidays. This position is based within Jefferson Regional CT Scan Department.

Job Summary: The CT Technologist is responsible for performing a variety of CT exams and related procedures at a technical level by utilizing the appropriate equipment to perform high quality imaging. This position is also responsible for following established standards and procedures, and reviewing images to determine adjustment for optimum results. The CT Technologist will participate in Quality Improvement work groups as requested.

CT Technologist Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
