Job Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls, emails, and messages professionally
• Schedule and dispatch drivers efficiently
• Handle bookings and reservations
• Communicate clearly with drivers and clients
• Resolve customer issues in a calm and professional manner
• Maintain daily trip records and logs
