Location: One E-Com, MOA Complex, Pasay (Onsite)
Shifting schedules | target start date Nov-Dec 2025 onwards
Type: Full-time (Permanent/Probationary)
Pay: ₱21K + ₱1,500 allowance + 10% performance-based incentives + 15% Night Differential pay

What You'll Do:

  • Handle inquiries (calls, or e-mails and chat), assess cases, and provide resolutions
  • Identify customer needs & offer accurate info in a warm, empathetic manner
  • Perform routine call center activities using standard scripts & guidelines
  • Gather/update data & escalate complex issues when needed
  • Explain company policies clearly to customers
  • Comply with all company policies & standards
