CSR (Remote) - Accounting and Admin Support

We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) with experience in administrative and basic accounting tasks. This role handles customer support while assisting with documentation, data entry, invoicing, and record management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Document and update customer records accurately
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and report support
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and payment tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns

Requirements

  • CSR experience with admin and basic accounting exposure
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or MS Excel
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • CRM or accounting software experience is a plus
