Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) based in Lahore, specifically in Bahria Town. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred

Experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Prior experience in the BPO industry is a plus
