CSR (Inside Sales)

Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Execute outbound and inbound sales activity (calls, emails, website/counter/event leads) to identify and engage potential customers, qualify opportunities, and consistently achieve sales performance targetswhile developing strong competency in power transmission and bearing products and B&Ds value-added services.Own and grow a defined portfolio of direct customer accounts with annual sales performance expectations; build relationships to retain and re-engage customers, expand existing business, and acquire new customers through leads, referrals, and proactive outreach.Develop and close opportunities by preparing quotes, negotiating within guidelines, and executing timely follow-up to win business.Provide best-in-class customer support by coordinating order/transactional needs and resolving routine issues (pricing, availability, shipping, billing, service).Participate in required training, seminars, and ...
