Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve order-related issues promptly and professionally using Salesforce case management.
  • Collaborate with logistics, inventory, and operations teams to ensure seamless order flow.
  • Escalate complex issues through Salesforce workflows and Citrix tools when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details in Salesforce.
  • Generate reports on order status, delays, and customer feedback using CRM dashboards.
  • Adhere to company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security guidelines.
