CSPD Quality Assurance Technician (QA Tech)

JOB SUMMARY The CSPD Quality Assurance Technician (QA Tech) will assist in the development of statistical analysis and trend data to maintain the Quality Information System (QIS). The position is responsible for conducting day-to-day operations needed for successful capture of field issues and reliability testing. This includes but is not limited to receipt, test, analysis, and reporting. Documents improvement findings and updates; submits reports to delegated management. Creates, records, and maintains accurate in-service records with complete accuracy as required by the customer and regulatory agencies. Engages in process and quality improvement activities under the direction of the management. Assist the operating room team by preparing the OR point of use reprocessing and returning tray instruments to Sterile Processing. Practice aseptic and sterile techniques.
