Key Responsibilities:
Feature Development & Customization: Design, develop, and maintain UEFI/BIOS firmware features tailored to specific customer requirements and next-generation server architectures.Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key technical liaison. Work closely with customers, project managers, hardware engineers, and BMC teams to clarify specifications, define technical scopes, and co-develop solutions.System Debugging & Root Cause Analysis: Perform deep-level debugging for complex system issues across the entire product development lifecycle.Factory & NPI Support: Provide firmware troubleshooting and technical support during factory build events (NPI/MP) to resolve production-line issues and ensure smooth manufacturing processes.Basic Qualifications:
