CSN Collision is looking for a motivated Collision Repair Centre Manager to oversee our operations. Responsibilities include coordinating with insurers, maintaining quality control, and managing inventory supplies. You'll also hire and train a dedicated team while addressing customer inquiries to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process claims and provide accurate repair estimates
• Enforce quality control standards for every repair
• Oversee the parts inventory and secure necessary supplies
• Hire and mentor auto body technicians and support personnel
• Utilize performance data to find cost-efficient solutions
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
