Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with premium clients
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism
  • Provide accurate information and guidance tailored to premium customers
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Meet defined service levels and performance targets

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Graduate / Undergraduate candidates preferred
  • Experience in premium or high-value customer service processes is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
  • Immediate joiners preferred
