Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with premium clients
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Provide accurate information and guidance tailored to premium customers
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Meet defined service levels and performance targets
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates preferred
- Experience in premium or high-value customer service processes is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
