CSAM Support Representative (San Pedro)

We are hiring a CSAM Support Representative to join our team. The CSAM will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to Microsoft commercial services customers and supporting the Microsoft Customer Success Account Managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft commercial services and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and Microsoft affiliates.
