CSA Project Manager - Spain (Zaragoza)

Falcon Green have partnered with an international tier 1 contractor that specialises in the delivery of modern-day mission critical and data centre infrastructure across Ireland, the UK and Europe, in their search for a CSA Project Manager to join their Spain team. After the successful acquisition of a landmark hyperscale data centre scheme in Zaragoza, they are now expanding their CSA delivery team and require someone confident in managing a scheme valued at over £150m. This is a very civils heavy scheme with a large underground services and associated infrastructure package.

CSA Project Manager Key Responsibilities

• Manage all Civil, Structural and Architectural packages on site.
• Familiarity with and management of Project Schedule in conjunction with other trades and Package Leads.
• Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co‑ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings where required.
