CSA Lead

We are seeking a CSA Lead to manage and coordinate all civil, structural, and architectural activities on major data center projects. You will be responsible for delivery planning, subcontractor management, and coordination across disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all CSA scopes from construction through to handover
• Manage CSA subcontractors, supervisors, and site resources
• Coordinate CSA works with mechanical and electrical disciplines
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Review drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Monitor progress, quality, and cost
• Support commissioning readiness and final project handover
