About the Role

Join us as a CSA Discipline Lead and take end‑to‑end responsibility for leading and developing a high‑performing Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) engineering team within a Global Capability Center (GCC).

You will oversee CSA engineering, BIM coordination, structural systems, site infrastructure, architectural layouts, building services, and building management systems (BMS) across Pre‑Basic, Basic, and Detail Engineering phases.

This role combines strategic leadership and technical execution, ensuring successful delivery of CSA engineering work packages for global industrial and infrastructure projects.
