Your career as a CS Technical Content Writer at Booksy will give you the opportunity to own the entire knowledge ecosystem for our global Customer Success team. You won’t just be writing content – you’ll be the architect of the information that empowers our users to thrive and enables our agents to provide world‑class, efficient support.
Working within the Global CS Excellence team, you’ll split your expertise between our external Help Center and our vital internal Knowledge Base. You’ll translate complex product engineering into human‑friendly solutions, whether you’re building the standard operating procedures (SOPs) that keep our global teams aligned or drafting high‑pressure messaging during a service outage.
